Lea County opened its doors in June of 2007. Our volunteers range from young adults to senior citizens, students to professionals. We have boys and girls on our waiting list, and more that have been referred to our program. Presently we provide services through our Community-Based program and hope to begin our School-Based program by the end of this school year.

36% have a parent that is incarcerated
27% are being raised by grandparents
The events we've held for our matches include participating in the Christmas parade, having group picnics, and our latest- a January day of games where we had more than 60 participants!
We continue to receive a lot of support from community leaders and many community entities, but we are always on the look out for Big Brothers and Big Sisters to build friendships with our waiting Littles. What are you waiting for? Volunteer today!
